The purpose of this petition is to obtain an investigation by the Department of Justice, and Food And Drug Administration, into the death of Mr. Allen Jackson Croft Jr.

To release the documents of Philip Guyett, who was sentenced October 5, 2009 in Raleigh, North Carolina for mail fraud, for his role in mailing corpses through the US mail, to which the family of Mr. Croft suspects his body was also bought and sold by Guyett, and have been fighting for years to obtain answers and justice.

It is also to obtain an investigation, and release of information to Rhonda Fleming, of Cleveland Ohio, whom is Mr. Croft's sister, on behalf of the family.

These are crimes against humanity, and the family and public have the right to have an investigation into their loved ones death, as no family should have to "fight the government," for answers and justice.

Mr. Guyett's case is not over for the families whom are still requesting  documentation, and full disclosure. The reality that bodies are stolen and plundered are unconciable, and so is that of having an investigation into the death of a family member denied.

This document has been prepared by Rhonda Fleming, Mr Croft's sister, and we the undersigned request on behalf of human, and civil rights, to have these matters addressed forthwith with haste.
