Free Joe Towler from a Mental hospital he should NOT be trapped in.

for those who are worried about the jobs they have and this kind of protest, I really do need people to sign the petition you can use sudo-names OR no name at all I did set up the petition with those kinds of jobs in mind and for those who just don't like giving personal data.

Joe Towler Has been stuck in a mental hospital since 16th of December 2009.
For several months before this even Joe was fighting for an appropriate care package & Therapy to help him with his O.C.D. and other mobility issues, He was trying to get Direct payments to which he was legally entailed to pay for his own care team and the care trust refused, this then resulted in a need for Joe to fight them legally over this issue.
As things escalated the care trust started to look for any excuse they could to spend "less money". starting at first that Joe's "symptoms were not server enough" to need the help and as soon as as the high court papers landed on their desk they suddenly sectioned Joe.
unfortunately While this was going on Joe unfortunately had a Domestic feud with his father, Joe's father in his rage decided to just simply let the care trust have Joe sectioned, this resulted in his subsequent transferral to Harrow, where he stayed until the 8th of September 2010, under a Dr Deerly who was determined to diagnose a personalty disorder no matter what. every week Deerlys diagnosis changed and became more extravagant with each report leading up to Joe's Transferral to Thornford Pack Hospital. I'd like to point out at this point Joe has seen 10 other psychiatric consultants before this all kicked off, none saw fit to diagnose him with personality disorders, they did how ever diagnose him with Atypical -Aspergers and OCD, all said that drugs would be counter productive and all recommended Therapy.
Joe is Pagan-Druid by belief and they have been and still are painting out that he is Narcissist, Paranoid and Psychotic or all of the above at the same time for his religious beliefs that everything is fundamentally connected (A normal Belief for anyone in a religion with nature or the natural world as a key point) At least at Harrow Joe got leave to join other druids and freely worship. Now at Thronford park Dr C Bradley says "you can go and pray in a multi faith room" Which Defeats the whole reason of spending time in the natural world! This brings up some nasty questions of hidden Religious discrimination at Thronford park.
Joe is also told that Recycling correctly is psychotic delusion and he is forbidden from doing so! When he questions them they turn around and call him paranoid, Symptoms of which Joe did not show Until he was crammed into a hospital. I have myself read many of the reports written about Joe by these Psychiatrists and none of them reflect the Joe I have known since 1998. Joe is best described as a peace loving hippy who is very environmentally aware. in the past he has also organised music festivals for Torquay and Plymouth,
He was until 16th Dec studying sound engineering at Plymouth uni. Now they ill treat, threatened to forcefully medicate him with drugs that are well known to bring about symptoms of psychosis in their own right including coursing brain disorders such as Dementia, They treat Joe as if he's just committed some kind of murder and are holding him in a hospital that is better described more as a Prison then a Hospital and the Doctors in this case become less like doctors and more like Kidnappers demanding a ransom, regardless of whether or not this was their intention.

We the undersigned. Find The treatment of Joe utterly disgusting, The way these so called Hospitals have treated Joe Towler as if he has just walked out into the streets and murdered someone, Which he has not done! Nor has he been tried for any crime. But again the hospital treat him as if this has happened.
Praying in a Multi faith room for any pagan or Druid is an insult as they worship Nature not concrete walls! yet Joe is denied his Human right to worship.
Every report from the Psychiatrists contradicts each other, with Dr Deerlys (From Cygnet Hospital Harrow) being more extravagant with each report and his sheer determination to diagnose Joe Towler with a personalty Disorder regardless of any facts presented to him.
Joe Towler Did not Show any signs of Paranoid personalty Disorder until he was Kidnapped from his home carted away in an ambulance and shoved into a "hospital".
Sadly what is now being preserved as paranoia is Joe wanting answers to questions, and not trusting the words of his "Kidnappers in Dr titles".
What these psychiatrists are calling psychotic behaviour is a person becoming frustrated with the inhuman actions of these hospitals towards him and the constant threats to forcefully medicate him for Disorders he dose not have, with drugs that will damage his brain, in effect poisoning him, and the constant breach of his most basic human rights and the treatment as if he were a criminal.
We ask you to try looking up OCD and learn something in this field, as drugs are not an option for anyone with OCD or OCD personalty disorders, Plus the drugs the psychiatrists wish to use on Joe All course brain damage and even dementia!
We ask you to set Joe free of his illegal imprisonment at Thornford park hospital and get him back into the Community where he belongs and set up Direct payments so he can pay for his OWN care team the care trust seem so eager to deny him and so eager to keep him imprisoned for to prevent him from suing them.
