Roberto Turcios has spent 22 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.He was initially arrested when an officer from Rampart Division, L.A. failed to apprehend the suspect he was chasing and decided to take Rob instead. The case was thrown out for lack of evidence but Rob was re-arrested and charged with sixteen other offences. He was put on suicide watch threatened with a loaded gun and beaten to the point where he thought he would die. He was then offered money and a new life if he would identify photographs of strangers. He was constantly moved around and kept from his family .....After years of trying to survive the prison system he was the victim of a vicious attack which he somehow survived last March
