going green should be cheap

I think going green should be cheap because if the econemy stays like it is then no one is going green .The reason for that is its to expensive.If people incorage you to get it what are you suppose to do pick it off a tree and by the house.I think they should make going green cheaper then not going green.If they reallly want that to happen.
