Help get Journey's off the ground

Journey's is at 925 Hood Street NE in Salem, Oregon. On the corner of Hood and Summer Streets (Summer Street being a main arterial through town), and in the Grant Neighborhood.  It will house a Psychiatric Social worker and a Retail Space offering therapeutic and self help products as a specific conditional use in a historically significant building. In order to use this property there are specific conditions that need to be present, or need to be met. These ARE all present, or met, as per a Hearings Officer decision made April 22, 2008.
Grant Neighborhood Association, as well as six neighbors, have filed an appeal to be heard before the City Council on June 16th at 6:00pm.
We truly believe that this would be a great asset to the community. We ask that you sign our petition to join with us in support of our dream.
