MY Children were wrongly taken out of my home 3 months ago.

When children are wrongfully removed from a home due to false statements and phone calls, it is not only detrimental to a child's well being, but also immorally abusive to the children.   When this happens, it destroys a family completely, and Child Protective Services organizations do little to nothing to assist in maintaining the unity of families by making arbitrary decisions and not investigating all sources of evidence.

It has been proven that C.P.S. organizations don't always abide by the laws, and even fail to follow their own policies and regulations.  Our precious children are being violated by a legal system that does not work.
It is a sad state of affairs when the very organization that was created to protect our children, actually abuses them by wrongfully removing them from a safe and loving home. C.P.S. needs to learn to distinguish between "Real" child abuse and "False" child abuse.

Children Protective Services should be held accountable for thier actions!
Children who are wrongfully removed from thier homes should be returned to their homes immediatly - back to the parent or parents who loves them!

I ask for the return of my children, Cheyenne, Chane & Chloe Barnes, to their family so they can become whole again.  These children have not only been robbed from their parents, but robbed of their childhood.

My children were taken out of my home just because my 1 1/2 year old son fell and broke his femur bone spirally. We took him straight to the emergency room when it happened. The doctor that called C.P.S said that he has to make a report when children his age come in with injuries like my child did, which later I found out tha he did not. 

I also found out that another reason C.P.S. was called was because of where I live, and I honestly don't think that where I live is a reason to call C.P.S. or to have my children removed from my home. 

My two daughters were staying with their dad when I had to take my son to the children's hospital in P.A.   I got the phone call 3 days after we were there, telling me that they were removing my children from my home for emergency custody on the grounds of child abuse.  They never really investigated anything that they were told. 

I also found out that another reason that my children were removed from my home is because my brother called C.P.S. a year and a half ago claiming that he saw my financee abusing my son in my home, when in fact,  my brother had never been to my home.

My children are my and my fiancee's life and we would never do anything abusive to my children.  I don't even believe in spanking my children, let alone beating them to the point of giving them broken bones.

I was told that after my children were taken from me, that my 1 month old daughter had two fractured ribs.  I would have known if my daughter had broken ribs, because my daughter would have cried and my daughter never cried.  The only time she cried was when she was hungry or had a dirty diaper. I take very good care of my children and I really want my children returned home to me very soon.  If my child had broken ribs, it did not happen when she was in my custody.

This petition goes out to "WV Governor Joe Manchin" and "President Obama" and to anyone else who will listen.  Please return my chilldren to me!
