For years! Hastings police have refused to investigate criminal complaints against staff members of Amicus Horizon Housing Association from disabled tenants, Their Chief Inspector says exact quote "Under no circumstances will I investigate Amicus Horizon Housing" Complaints vary from criminal damage, threats of violence, illegal disconnections of gas, water, electricity, harassment, persecution, theft, fraud, perverting the course of justice, false i.d to enter homes, illegal recording, and more. This policy that we hope is isolated to Hastings is shocking. All of the complaints that we know of come from disabled tenants many end up getting prosecuted themselves like Daphne 78 years of age. Daniel aged 20, £1000 fine for dog fouling offence and he does`nt even have a dog. Amicus Horizon - Hastings council they act as one with Amicus permission. last week we filed a complaint against the police in the Hastings county court, we would be amazed if we get any justice there but with your support we might at least be able to get a judge to agree that our complaints are in the public interest.

Why do Hastings Police refuse to accept complaints or evidence for crimes such as Theft-Assault-Harassment-Persecution-abuse-criminal damage against disabled people if the complaint is against Amicus Horizon Housing Association staff there are dozens of complaints recorded always rejected by police. Why do Hastings Police state that under no circumstances will they investigate Amicus orizon staff?
