Pitt Bulls and people who lable them all dangerous

I own Pitt Bulls and know many people that do and none of them are dangerous dogs they are all big babies. the only dangerous ones are the ones people train to fight .. it is not the dogs fault on how it is raised it is the owners fault . and the owner should be punished for their actions not the breed .. There are animal rescue facilaties out there that even if the pitt bull is 6 weeks old they kill them because of the breed .. yet they are there to give ANIMALS a second chance at having a better life .. and yet nothing said . Is that not animal crulty? is there not a law against that?  yet an every day person would be in jail or have a huge fine. no not saying that is ok but it is not ok for the animal rescue facilaties either . they are going as far as making them eligal in states and counties all over . is there not a law against banding a single breed .. is that not a form of race hate . thats what it would be called if it was humans (White, Black, Mexican) any of us try to baned one race or the other it's classed racest. yet they can do it to a breed of dog? I see a problem with that.
