Pull UP your Pants

I say it is about time that someone does something about all these people wearing their pants to their knees and ankles. Most of us in the US have children. If you are like me you dont like seeing it and REALLY don't like for your children to see it. Also I don't like my girls to see all these people holding their crotches trying to hold their pants up. There has been a law passed in a couple of states I say it should be passed for ALL states. I am asking people to sign and leave comments to try and get this passed as a National Law.
