Skylar wants us to SAVE LIVES on Felton Empire Grade Rd!
The Skylar Feather Foundation is supporting his dreams and visions in his memory. First and foremost is to install a guardrail in the location where Skylar Feather went off the Road. In this location there is only a few inches on the side of the road on a sharp turn before the cliff goes down 100 feet. It is time to tell the government no more people will die at this location. We the undersigned support the installation of new guardrail on Felton-Empire Grade that continues the already existing guardrail, driving down from Boony Dune at .5 mi which ends at .7 and Skylar went off at .8,to extend at least an additional .2 miles to cover the dangerous cliff where Skylar Feather and other drivers have gone off the road before.
