Should Michael Vic get a second chance??

I heard on the news last week the NFL is considering giving Michael Vic a second chance and allowing him to come back. This needs to be stopped. Please write the NFL and anyone involved. If this happens this will bring the hard work of everyone back 10 steps. This law needs has to stick giving second chances is not going to help. NO SECOND CHANCE.
