PETITION FOR A BETTER CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN BARNAUL, SIBERIA
This is a Petition from the Siberian Appeal to Barnaul, asking the council of Barnaul to renovate the Altai Regional Children's Hospital in Barnaul, Siberia. The current one is unsuitable. By signing this you will shed light on the need for a better hospital and will advise the council of Barnaul that the current state ( as of April 2011 ) of the Altai Regional Children's Hospital is unacceptable. Please give the children of Siberia - the future citizens of the world - a better hospital.

We the undersigned, are asking you to improve the Altai Regional Children's Hospital in Barnaul, Siberia to a standard accepted by the World Health Organization. To a level suitable of the 21st century. To the standards of a world class children's hospital.
The current state of the Altai regional children's hospital is unacceptable.
