We, the undersigned, would like the College of Arts and Sciences to seriously reconsider the position of Department Head of the Department of Theatre and Dance.  As students of the University and the Department, we feel that we should be able to voice our concerns about the Department Head without feeling threatened; because of our position, we wish to remain anonymous so as not to incur criticism from our professors and peers.  This being stated, we feel that there may be other people who would better fulfill the position of Department Chair than the current holder, William Teague.

In addition to this petition, we are prepared to send a letter of our grievances and concerns to those in authority, such as the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
