We Support International Occupy Nigeria Movement

We support the Occupy Nigeria protesters! The recent removal of the oil/fuel subsidy was premature in that there was not a plan put into action to make the transition easier for the economy and keep fuel affordable for the majority of Nigerian people. There is a general feeling of mistrust towards the government to operate and govern to build security, prosperity and the general welfare of the people and country as a whole. The reputation of the Nigerian government has been tainted by corruption for decades and it has caused the Nigerian economy to benefit only the greedy and rich citizens while the working class and poor suffer astronomical poverty and lack. The Nigerian citizens are weary of the existing status quo and seek to establish leadership that
