I've been living in east land apartments for about a year now the moment I moved in I knew in my heart I made a horrible mistake. The maintenance guy who also lives in the building had 30 days to have the apartment move in ready which it was not ! I literally had to go back to the rental office in tears because of the poor work the only thing they did was change the carpet because I refuse to let my 1 year old child at the time who is now 2 let alone any of my children play or walk around on such horrible dirty disgusting carpet that look like it had blood stains all over it. I may have stayed two months in the apartment then left to stay and help take care of a sick family member I was gone for about 8 months I returned to multiple mice in my apartment complex that's located on the 3rd floor I would call the maintenance man multiple time to fix many issues he would come look tellme things and NEVER RETURN I literally took multiple pictures over the time I was there but it pain me to know these people DO NOT CARE about their tenants and I refuse to waste my money I work so hard for every single day to be treated like this I will now! We need better homes and space for our children to play. Let's stand together and get the proper housing we deserve!
