Inmates being released on good behavior early release for good behavior

My son was given an unreasonable amount of time in prison even though his rights were violated while fighting the trial and I want him to be out on good behavior because he's already served 10 years it's not fair is racially in adequate and it's also just inhumane I'm fighting for all the one the young men and women that have been put away for crime is they may not even have committed and now that they have served some time for them and serve time for them they should be having chances to get out on early release this is not a rehabilitation some form of slavery
