Regulate breeding Dogs

          Too many different mixtures of Breeds

          Rediculous prices being payed for dogs, making it worse for people's dogs getting stollen.
           
          Dogs being used for dog fights.

          Its time someone did something about it, we  are heading for a crisis and will be over run, its not far on the poor animals.  My heart goes out too these poor dogs, some bitches have litter after litter.  Money machines, For HEARTLESS people.
