What is needed is new historical reference and research done to official and international English Minority Historical regional costumes which could be with heritage lottery fund to finance with help from rural English museum of rural life and Albert and Victoria, Baths museum, London school of historical costume,. A portfolio project which could be for Unesco and british government to put into national curriculum and diversity training,
