In the name of all the people of the Earth, the present petition is thus made in order to announce in the world, the catch in hand of the only instrument universally recognized in order to require justice near the most powerful government of the Earth: the United States of America, by the whole of all the other people which them, practically do not have power taken insulation, but which exceed all the political and financial powers when taken as a whole!
