Kern High School District Needs To Be Held Accountable For Their Discrimination Against Minorities And Special Needs Children! Criminally Charging Parents For Civil Rights and 504 Laws!!!

All Kids deserve a proper education, placement, free from punishment, harassment, discrimination, bias, prejudice. Most importantly the district uses criminalization either to the child or the parent, a manipulative tactic used when utilizing to stop due process hearings for civil rights, and special needs children. Especially if granted due process. This way the district can stop due process from happening altogether. 

Moreover, My son had to be removed and home schooled because the district refused to do the right thing in way of placement, speech, riding a bus, any bus, (after extensive tests)  the CDE violated them and the due process hearings  Judge told them to please give me my records. This district criminally charged me instead as a way of stopping me from due process that I was awarded. (My crime was a few cuss words at the district and begging for an appropriate education for my son) I was charged with threatening the district though, twice?

So, when you read all over social media how they have changed and their fair to minorities, think again, please. I lost all faith in school officials dealing with these folks and never read such lies in my records as I have with the Kern High School District. Oh! I never did receive my records. This district laughs about all of it...in which God will always have the last laugh regarding his children. Amen
