End the Use of Tanning Beds now

Tanning beds emit rays three times stronger than the sun and the ratio of UVA and UVB rays is completely different than what the sun uses. UVA rays are far less carcinogenic than UVB, and tanning beds emit 69% UVA and 41% UVB. The suns ratio is 95% UVA and 5% UVB. The more UVB exposed to your body increases your risk to cancer by 75 percent. Cancer is no joke. Melanoma cancer, though if caught early, is most likely survivable. If melanoma is not caught early, it will spread to your organs and cause all sorts of problems like kidney failure or liver failure. All a cancerous mole needs are 4 millimeters of penetration of the skin until it becomes malignant and will ultimately kill you. Something so small could rock your world and it is completely avoidable, so why do we not avoid it?
