Buy cars built with UK labour for official use

Downing St is about to start to renew the cars used by # 10. After 30 yrs of using the great British Jaguar marque (yes owned by TATA) could be switching to BMW or Mercedes, why!!!?? We need to support manufacturers that employ UK labour to build their products. Not only should Number 10 looked to renew their fleet with Jaguar, but state \ local authority procurement bodies should start to put "Uses UK labour to build" as a heavily weighted criteria when purchasing.
