U.S. Senate voted to kill the legal THC industry

— a blatant attack on your rights and freedoms.

THC is legal. It has been since the 2018 Farm Bill was passed. The Senate is now trying to rewrite history and outlaw a legal industry that employs tens of thousands of hardworking Americans, contributes millions in tax revenue each year, and provides relief that millions rely on.

This fight is not over. Demand that this amendment be questioned and  brought to the floor. We need lawyers and good politicians to File a "Notice of Constututional Question", Why was done without a public vote? why presented hidden in a document to request to open the goverment? was the correct procedure?  was this constitutional?
