Colonial school district has refused to service my son due to residency when we provided all documentation that were necessary.
He has been in Colonial school District since kindergarten.
Since I filed a complaint in August 2015 the district has been using tactics to remove my son, so they wouldn't be responsible for his education. My character as a advocator has been tarnished.
My son has a autoinflammatory disease and stress tends to bring on the disease faster.
Noah has missed over a week of school and now is thinking it's his fault that he's not continuing his education.
He is a bright 3rd grader that deserves a free education.
I have contacted Department of Education, school superintendent etc. No results!
I'm at the verge of losing my employment due to this situation because no one is able to watch Noah during this dispute.
I wouldn't wish this much stress on anyone! All children disabilitys or not deserves the right to a free education.
