Live-Action "Emperor's New Groove"

This is nothing too serious, but serious enough that I would love to make happen. There are many live-actions that have occured and in the process of modern classics we love that have been directed by Disney. "Emperor's New Groove" is one of those movies that isn't as popular, but deserves much more credit for it's great, outstanding story and I believe it would make a great movie to be directed into a live-action film.
