Remove or change the Competetive Cooldown is CS:GO

Valve's Competetive Cooldown system is making it impossible to play the game for people who have payed money for it. The community based kick system is abundantly abused, and the people who are getting kicked get a unfair 7 day competive cooldown. The players are usually kicked for reasons as small as someone not liking their user name, players who join in a 4 layer lobby and want a bot and for these minuscule reason people who have payed money and spent hundreds of hours in this game cant play for seven days. Most of the kicks are for personal/ amusement purposes. Valve will refuse to offer help to people who have been unfairly kicked under any circumstances. Valve should implement a harsher punishment for people who kick players too much. Valve had a 2016 estimated revenue of 3 billion dollars, and yet they are unable to offer support to those who have payed for the game, but are still unable to play it because of some imbecile joke played by toxic players.
