My goal and my wish is to help people recognize the warning signs of being bullied by anyone; co-worker or boss, before it impacts their health and their relationships. There should be no law that would find an employer or organization exempt from this devastating mistreatment. Work place bullying attacks an employee both personally and financially. The fear of losing your ability to support yourself or have health insurance is debilitating. Scary enough for the bullying boss or co worker to buy your silence or compliance. Statistics show victims of this kind of blatant harassing behavior are typicallly talented, good employees. Work place bullying also costs the employer in recruiting and replacing those who have succumb to the pressure and torment. This is a human rights issue as I am certain there are tons of others, like myself, who are currently coping with this most devastating injustice.
