Cleaner Beaches World Wide, Cleaner Oceans.

I am asking the U.N Division of Ocean Affairs to monitor the beaches of the world better than they do, harsher punishments for those who dump rubbish and waste on the beach, harsher punishments for those who dump at sea including the governments. More education in schools about protecting our oceans, beaches and marine life. The dumping is killing animals, dumped bottles and cans are hurting animals and human then being washed out to sea only to be swallowed by an animal that will lead to death, plastic bags choking wildlife, its disgusting and needs to be stopped. I have been told after writing letters that they are on top of things and looking into it yet I go back in a few weeks and I end up picking up rubbish. We as the protectors of the oceans and beaches have to take a stand, we have to give a voice to those who have none, we have to make things right so that they can live in peace.
