We, the Concerned Citizens, of Warner Robins, deeply care about Commercial Circle. We adamantly believe it is our social, environmental, and an economical responsibility to bring revitalization to Commercial Circle by rehabilitating existing structures using sustainable development practices.
We strongly advocate that the city of Warner Robins and property owners follow suit of many other cities in Georgia and the U.S. that have devoted their resources to revitalization projects in their downtowns.
We need to develop this area in a responsible manner that will afford our community a thriving place to live, work and play. Destroying the already existing structures and starting over would be a step backwards in revitalizing our community and a huge historic loss for Warner Robins.
If the city and property owners commit to revitalization projects, it would be a display of good stewardship to the community and a promise to preserve a neighborhood asset that is an essential part of the area's history and revitalization.
