Better inform women before an abortion

this will be filed and sent to congress asking for the following ammendment to The Roe vs Wade law. 

1.We are asking for counseling for the woman, and an ultrasound of the unborn baby to be done at least 2 days prior to the abortion procedure. 
2.Let the woman actually understand, and see her baby before making such a life changing
decision. 
3.Present her with facts about tha babies current development, and answer any questions she may .
