STOP PENNROSE FROM BUILDING ON ROUTE 38 IN MOORESTOWN

PENNROSE LLC is seeking SITE APPROVAL to build a 4 story residential apartment building on RT 38,just west of Church St.
This 4 story building will create many hazards to those living there.
Wetlands occupy 70% of the site. Hooten Creek runs thru the property and empties into Strawbridge Lake. POTENTIAL FOR SILT AND DEBRIE TO ENTER STRAWBRIDGE LAKE.
Entire building complex is shoved into southwest corner due to major constraints.
Transportation is not easily accessible
Sidewalks do not exist and are not currently planned to provide safe walkways.
Entrance and exit to site is ONE ,24' lane.NO designated FIRE LANE around entire building.
Additional traffic onto second most congested intersection in STATE.
Not sufficient water supply for area.
DEVELOPMENT IS BEING BUILT USING MINIMAL STANDARDS.
Scare tactics by Moorestown are being used to push this development.

Please contact 10 fellow Moorestown residents and ask them to come to the Planning Meeting on June 28th at 7:30 PM at Town Hall .Pennrose will impact STRAWBRIDGE Lake, stigmatize and isolate the children. Traffic, fire,unguarded wooded areas, lack of play areas, placed on a 4 lane highway . Who will be responsible? Why are cities tearing down buildings like this and Moorestown building one? This question needs to be explained better than we have to do it to meet our affordable housing needs.
