many companies test products on animals, even though what happens to a rat is not the same thing that will happen to a human, there is less of this because of alternatives, many companies, in fact, have already gone cruelty-free. for a project at my school, i choose to let those other companies know that we want them to change their ways, so the world can be a better place for animals. i have done many things for my cause, such as write an essay and type a letter to the president, which my teacher just recently sent out, but i believe that creating a petition to unite people behind my cause is the most affective way to promote change. when you sign my petition, please be pilot if you leave a comment, i don't want us to seem crazy. leaving rude comments will get your name deleted, but youmay choose to sign again with either A) a politer comment or B) no comment at all. if you fail to follow my rule, then the chance of making a difference for the animals that are starved and expierimented on will, sady, be less likely. thank you
dear testing companies,
you probably get lots of these letters, but we the undersigned believe that what your doing is wrong.
please imagine this, you are a wild rabbit, in a grassy, sun-dappled meadow. you love to run about with your friends and family, nibbling on fresh, juicy grass. this your home. you love it here and would never want anything to change. but then, next thing you know, your in a cold, cramped cage. you once-beautiful coat of white fur is now dirty, matted, and mangled. your ribs stick out like a sour thumb. your terribly ill. and you havn't had even the smallest sip of water in days.
how would this make you feel?
do you understand that animals are people who can't talk and look different?
they feel pain, like you.
they feel loneliness, like you.
don't you get it?
i don't think you do.
i'm going to use one of my favorite quotes to say this to you:
how would you like it if a cow ate you?
how would you like it if an animal tested on you?
to be completely honest, the true animals here are you.
