Update the 2nd Amendment

Because people with guns are out of control and because of technology. The right to bear arms was written during colonial times when they used muskets and we were fighting a war against the British.  Also, we didn't have the world's largest military(or an army for that matter. We had Militias) or guns used for war(mass shootings).

The Second Amendment is outdated.  Today people are using it as a shield to shoot first, ask questions later.  Many loved ones are being lost and families torn apart because of guns.  Military weapons are for the military, not ordinary people.  Please support my common sense petition.  Thank you.
