Get Rid Of The Stary Cats!

The stray cats are a health hazard, pets are getting parasites, people are getting ringworm. They are attacking pets, and residents. We the residents are upset that pet deposits are paid for our animals, and according to state law if you feed a stray for more than five (5) days that animal become yours and no one is considered responsible for these cats. There is a couple in question that feeds and waters them on a daily basis and that is concerning to us. They are not fined when they do not clean up after the cats outside. If one of our pets that we pay for bites someone, we would have to pay out of our pocket if it didn't have a rabies shot, but when our pets are getting sick from the stray cats, no one is being held accountable. We ask that you please deal with this in a timely manner.
