Stop false and misleading advertisements

There are current advertisement laws in place now, but they are not strong enough. Businesses are trying to take advantage of people by hiding disclaimers in small writing or someplace other than the advertisements in hopes that people won't find out. 

I support plain, bold, advertisements. Business owners should be required to make the disclaimers obvious on advertisments so that no one wastes their time and or money.
