Get all residents at Roman Way banned from keeping any animals for life

Animals are consistently neglected, left to live in dirty conditions and yet only one member of the family has been banned for keeping animals, and only for 7 years, so the other members of the family are able to keep, dogs, goats, sheep, cats and anything else we cannot see from the road side. The dogs are blatantly locked up and left to howl and bark all day.
To make matters worse the house is right next to the school in which our children are attending, what kind of example is this setting for the correct way to care for animals?
Please sign the petition so we can send this to the RSPCA who will hopefully stand up and be more vigorous in trying to obtain evidence to pass onto the police.
Remember 150 rabbits, 1 dead pony (which was left to rot in a trailer) and 12 neglected, hungry and dirty ponies were taken from this house just last year!
