A Bed for Bella - Demand that Bella be Removed from Being Chained to a Tree !

My name is Hanna Faheem and I recently came across Bella's story. Bella's age and breed are hard to determine; however, what is apparent is the cruelty that she is subjected to. For the past three years, Bella has been chained to a tree outside, including during weather extremities. I was not only horrified at the conditions this poor animal was being subjected to, I was even more appalled by the lack of action being taken by authorities to rescue her from such neglect. Nobody deserves to be chained to a tree, especially during the blistering elements. As humans with the ability to speak up in the name of injustice, it is our moral obligation to use our voices to eradicate the darkness in the world. Bella's story is an example of such darkness; we cannot sit any longer and resign her to such an appalling fate. That’s why I created this petition. Please do the right thing and sign this petition, demanding that Bella be removed from such a neglectful environment.
