Death Penalty For Anyone Who Harms A Child

I believe that if you harm a child that the only punishment for you is the death penalty! If you don't want children don't have them and then hurt them. I get sick to my stomach when I see that a child is dead because the idiot parent got tired of the child and killed them. So please help me seek out the maximum penalty for anyone who kills an innocent baby who did not deserve to die!
