Elimination of Cluster Bombs

We, the undersigned citizens/residents of the United States of America, disagree with our governments' refusal to sign the treaty banning the use of cluster bombs.
We believe these bombs esentially violate the rules of war since the unexploded bomblets effectively create minefields and do not distinguish between civilians and combatants.
We call upon our elected officials to, without delay, join the 109 civilized nations which have endorsed this treaty.
