The choice is painfully clear. Remove all interest and penalty fees and put each person who owes taxes on an affordable payment plan and out law the use of penalties while paying off your owed taxes. The IRS should not be a collection agency, but by design a recipient of tax revenue, PERIOD.

The purpose: We are Americans of all Races, Nationalities and Creed and are being held captive in a never ending cycle of supporting our Government faithfully through paying the recommended taxes requested of us, But Millions of Americans have unintentionally feel behind, or can not afford to pay those taxes, and the interest and penalties which are applied. Furthermore, It is also a crime for agencies to work hand in hand with each other to request that the suffering be increased with the illegal penalties and interest being applied which further keeps we Tax paying Americans in Bondage, with no clear chance of ever getting out of this Bondage. We are asking the current Administration, Headed by President, Barrack Obama to enact a measure to allow the Interest and Penalties be eradicated and a suitable payment plan be offered to those owe owe Taxes be enacted and made into Law. The suffering and anguish which entails are to great to bear and the personal battle to hard to win, and furthermore, The United States Treasury and The IRS are Agencies which are and should be in the best interest of all Americans and not be viewed as a collection agency which present a state of Fear instead of a corporation which in turns is looking out to assist and help all Americans to reach their commitments to our Government.
