Military sonar testing uses destructive sound frequencies that affect all sea animals that navigate by sonar.
there are many unexplained incidents of dolphin pods beaching themselves suicidally for no known reason, and often there is sonar testing going on.
there are increasing numbers of whales going aground or going into shallow waters.
The MOD are testing sound as a weapon, so it is certain to be painful and destructive to these animals. There must be a different way to do this, sonar testing must stop.

Just to let you know that I have contacted NRDC, a charity in the USA, who are lobbying President Obama and have had court cases to prevent the US navy harming whales with sonar testing.
I will send the petition to the Ministry of Defence in the UK, to be most effective, I would like advice from a charity doing similar work to the NRDC in the UK, and I am tracking that down.
