Fairness and equity in Probate

The current system does not equitably serve smaller estates, especially pro se litigants.
People don't work all their life in order for their estate to be swallowed up by the Courts and fees.
Something should be left over for the heirs.
Please help, write to your legislators in support of Probate reform and do away with statutory fees.
In order to protect your rights EVERYONE must have a Will.
