Xunta de Galicia: open the center for disabled people of Santiago to the public

After years of delays in the works, the building of the center for people with disabilities of Santiago de Compostela was finally completed in 2013. However, since then the center has remained closed because of a lack of resources, and the regional government has failed each time they have announced its opening. 

We can not allow that after spending millions of euros to build an innovative complex that would help hundreds of disabled people from Galicia to have a better life, it remains sealed by the Galician government because of the lack of a minimum investment, meanwhile they are wasting funds in failed projects as the gigantic and useless "Ciudad de la Cultura".

Sign now this petition and ask the Xunta de Galicia to open the center for disabled and Santiago de Compostela to the public now.
