Highland Park Residents Supporting a Special Permit for a Mental Health Residential Program

The undersigned petitioners support The Board of Zoning Appeals in approving a Special Permit for a Mental Health Residential Program at the address of 1400 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.  We are all residents of the Highland Park Community.

We are in agreement that the Helen Ross McNabb Center should be permitted to operate a mental health adult supportive residential program on this property, if managed in a responsible manner that supports the ongoing community development within Highland Park, paying special attention to resident care and management in order to ensure positive neighbor experiences and interaction.
