Regarding the MUSEUM Restaurant and Lounge

The undersigned property owners and/or business owners and/or residents in close proximity to the above address request a hearing of the Baltimore City Liquor Board to be held under the provisions of Maryland Code, Article 2B §10-403(a) to revoke the Class B restaurant license of Stuart Teper, Randy Stahl, and Jack Elsby, and to protest any renewal of said license, for: (1) licensees leasing their license or otherwise permitting a non-licensee, Walter Webb, to operate an establishment primarily promoting and serving alcoholic beverages; (2)licensees permitting the operation of a live entertainment establishment without a license; (3)licensees permitting the operation of at nightclub, primarily promoting and serving alcoholic beverages, rather than a restaurant, in a B-4-2 district; (4)licensees permitting the operation of an After-Hours Establishment, in violation of Baltimore City Code, Zoning §6-508; and (5) to promote the peace and safety of the community.
