Demand for Indiana Medical Aid in Dying to be passed

We the signed below demand for an option for Indiana Aid in Dying. We are concerned that we would have to travel out of state to have a peaceful, humane death if diagnosed with a terminal illness. We have loved ones or will have that need the right to decide when it is too much to bear.
