Request for Catwalk in A B and C Buildings

We, the undersigned, do not like the catwalk in its present state.  We wish to have the catwalk and steps finished similar to the LINCOLN or CORNWALL and various others.  We have reason to believe there are enough monies in the budget to effect these changes.
