Carrige Horses in Charleston, SC are overworked and not treated well, in result they are collapsing! Every summer several horses and mules collaps because they are simply overworked. To keep this from happening I think that the horses shouldn't be able to work in 80°F and over weather, and 45°F and under weather. The horses should get breaks every 45-60 minutes and they should not be working all day everyday!
