stop animal abuse in Egypt

Egypt has a lot of stray cats and dogs, who are shot, poisoned and left behind in streets with no care to even remove their decayed bodies from these. my aim is to let these poor speechless animals live a decent life, at least not to be abused. i want to make a town for all stray animals in Egypt.
