The poor treatment and abysmal condition of dogs in Nebraska is already well documented. We need legislation to improve and regulate commercial kennels. We would like to require:

doubling the cage space

veterinarian visits at least once per year and with every pregnancy

access to outdoor exercise areas

and many more provisions for the health and well being of dogs in this state
